Great opportunity to own this 1,080 sf, 2-bedroom, 2-bath Marina Estates condo currently listed at $244,900. This is great value for this open concept end-unit with updated appliances. You really need to see it for yourself and to understand why it is one f the best values in Squamish today.
Marina Estates is currently undergoing a major renovation on the building envelope. The new Hardy Board siding will increase the value, add a new West Coast look and ensure that the building stays in good standing for a long time.

10 Reasons I Love Squamish
I love living in Squamish, BC! We actually moved here (7 years ago) thinking it would be a temporary home while we were working in Whistler and exploring options in Vancouver. Once we settled in and starting meeting people in this great community, we knew this was the place for us.
Now that our daughter, Sonoma is 5 years old and starting school, we are still amazed at what a great place this is to raise children.
Â
With that in mind, here is the 10 Reasons I Love Squamish:
1) Squamish is a small town with a big personality
2) Sunny days at Alice Lake
3) Boating on Howe Sound
4) Hiking the Chief
5) The Brackendale Eagles during December and January
6) Brennan Park Recreation Centre
7) The Adventure CentreÂ
We are close to Whistler
9) We are close to Vancouver
10) Driving the “New and Improved” Sea To Sky Highway
As well, Squamish is an affordable place to buy a home and raise your family. Just a few of the many advantages of living in Squamish. The best is yet to come!

The Torch Arrives in Squamish - Let the Games begin!
What an amazing day for Squamish. The weather was a balmy 10 degrees (C) in the sun and the snowcapped mountains were awesome.
A lot of local Squamolians went to the Canada vs USA hockey game at Brennan Park. This is also where they Vancouver 2010 Torch Relay held their Celebration Event. It was really cool. I feel very fortunate to be living so close and its so easy to participate in this once in a lifetime opportunity to go to the Olympic Games.
Special thanks to Dave Thomson who ran the organizing committee. Great job guys!Â
